PROGRAM
08/05/2026 - DYNO BIKE & A/C TECHNOLOGIES
The first day will focus on DynoMag Bike (DynoBike) and the presentation of Magicmotorsport technologies, with a strong emphasis on practical use and live demonstrations.
During the morning, the following fundamental concepts will be covered:
- Power and torque measurement principles
- Types of dyno test benches
- Introduction to the DynoMag Bike system
This will be followed by a hands-on session fully dedicated to DynoBike:
- Dyno installation and configuration
- Motorcycle setup
- Performing dyno tests
- Data acquisition and performance analysis
- Dyno graph interpretation
In the afternoon, the focus will shift to automotive A/C systems.
After a theoretical introduction to air conditioning systems, the Fryon Prima unit will be presented, including:
- A/C recharge procedures
- Climate system diagnostics and maintenance
- Real-time machine operation
- Safety procedures and best practices
09/05/2026 - DIESEL ECU TRAINING & DYNO TESTING
The second day will be entirely dedicated to Diesel ECU remapping and validation using the DynoHub test bench.
The day will begin with a theoretical session covering:
- Diesel ECU structure
- ECU file reading and management
- Main parameters:
- Injection
- Turbo pressure
- Limiters
Then, remapping techniques will be explored:
- ECU file modification
- Performance optimization
- Engine safety strategies
In the afternoon, participants will move to practical dyno testing using DynoHub:
- Vehicle preparation
- Dyno setup and configuration
- Safety procedures
Operational testing:
- Baseline test (stock vehicle)
- Writing the modified file
- Post-modification dyno test
- Results comparison
Final analysis:
- Dyno graph reading
